TRITON ENTERS INTO EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT WITH VENTUS NETWORKS TO PROVIDE WIRELESS NETWORKING
NORWALK, CT – July 25, 2006 Triton was founded to develop scientific equipment, and is
now a subsidiary of the Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), a $5 billion company known for
manufacturing proprietary products and components for industrial and commercial use.

Triton’s exclusive contract with Ventus Networks—to provide a comprehensive,
managed wireless network infrastructure—will ensure that any customer who buys or
leases Triton equipment will benefit from Ventus’ secure and reliable wireless
connectivity to drive off-premises financial devices. This agreement includes monitoring,
maintenance and management services.
Ventus sets the pace for implementing proven new technologies. As one of the largest
providers of secure wireless transport for financial institutions, this relationship with
Triton creates an integrated approach for ATM purchase, connectivity, and networking. This
highly secure high-speed wireless transport solution operates in conjunction with TCP/IP and
legacy protocols, enabling any remote device to communicate through a single network scheme.
The network runs as part of a virtual private network (VPN) enhanced by Triple DES encryption
with IPSec tunneling and x.509 key exchange.
