VENTUS NETWORKS RECEIVES 2 RISING STAR AWARDS IN THE DELOITTE TECHNOLOGY FAST 50 & FAST 500 PROGRAMS
Attributes its 1,661 % percent revenue growth to competitive pricing and superior service
NORWALK, CT, Nov. 4, 2003 - Ventus Networks was named a Rising Star in Deloitte's Connecticut Technology Fast 50 program. The Rising Star category ranks companies that have been in business at least three years but less than five years. They are ranked based on average percentage of growth in revenues over three years (2000 to 2002).
In addition to this award Ventus Networks also received national recognition. Ventus Networks has been named a Rising Star on the 2003 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. A special category ranks the top 25 national winners. Ventus Networks ranked 15th nationally in the Rising Star category.
Ventus Network's Chief Executive Officer, Keith Charette, credits the company's 1,661% revenue growth with the ability to provide their customers with competitive pricing and superior service.
