Ventus Networks offers four types of frame relay solutions.
Our frame relay options include Domestic Frame Relay, International Frame Relay, High-Speed Frame Relay, and Frame Relay to ATM Service Interworking. Integration is inherent among all frame relay services. Ventus Networks provides local-to-global connectivity to meet today's demanding business requirements. Frame relay allows you to make the most efficient use of available bandwidth, and manage your costs through greater flexibility and scalability. Your company can benefit from true one-stop shopping for local, domestic and international frame relay.

Domestic. Business units that aren't concentrated in the same metropolitan area can take advantage of our Domestic frame relay service, which includes the same features as Metro but supports Inter-LATA applications.
International. Ventus Networks' worldwide frame relay service utilizes NNI (network-to-network interface) agreements. Global connectivity offers a seamless, integrated solution for your global business.
High-Speed. Bandwidth is critical but should be used efficiently. Since frame relay bandwidth barriers no longer exist, network managers must decide which high-speed solution best meets their needs. Ventus offers three bandwidth options:
Multiple DS-1 ports utilize physical layer inverse multiplexing to bond several DS-1s in order to provide hub sites with fractional DS-3 port speeds. Data is sent over multiple local access DS-1s, thus allowing multiple frame relay remotes to have access to incremental bandwidth aggregation.
Sub-rate DS-3 ports provide intermediate port speeds between DS-1s and DS-3s without the need to combine multiple DS-1s together. Sub-rate DS-3 service offers port speeds of 1.5 MB to 44.1 Mbps over a DS-3 local loop.
DS-3 ports offer the capability to support remote and hub locations with a full 45 Mbps of bandwidth. This offering is for companies that require flexibility while running high-bandwidth applications.
Frame to ATM. Diverse network frame relay to ATM service interworking allows constant bit rate services to be delivered along with frame relay. It's a network infrastructure that supports frame relay remote sites that hub to ATM DS-3. It also provides fully-rated ports for DS-3 access and the ability for network migration to transmission rates above DS-3.
